As a 2018 Youth Olympian, Annika combines athletic resilience with a strong academic foundation in Molecular Biosciences from the University of Helsinki. She drives the vision and operations forward, oversees business development initiatives, and fosters connections and collaborations.

Kien Nguyen

Advisor

As a distinguished Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Innovator, Kien has a track record of launching over 20 new medical devices in the complex market of health technology. With an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Doctorate in Neuroscience, his extensive expertise is further evidenced by his prior role as an advisor for numerous Health- and MedTech companies.

After completing his Master's in Mechanical Engineering at Aalto University, Adil seamlessly integrates academic knowledge with practical skills in hardware development and 3D modeling for medical devices. As the head of tech, he leverages his expertise to lead innovative projects and drive technological advancements forward.

With over 30 years of experience in the med-tech industry, Woody Bibb is a seasoned healthcare executive with an impressive track record at leading companies like Boston Scientific, Guidant Corporation, and Pathway Medical. His expertise spans Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Development, and Business Development. Woody is known for launching groundbreaking therapies such as Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Intravascular Ultrasound, Carotid Artery Stenting, and personalized medicine platforms. His comprehensive expertise and dedication to innovation make him an invaluable mentor, driving forward projects that revolutionize the healthcare landscape.

Sanjida Yeasmin

Co-Founder & CSO

With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University, Sanjida has expertise in biosensor development, nanofabrication, and material synthesis. Her work focuses on the development of point-of-care and wearable medical devices for monitoring disease-related biomarkers. As Chief Scientific Officer, her goal is to utilize her skill set for the advancement of biosensor technologies, sensor scaling, clinical integration, and validation.
