Founder & CEO
A 2018 Youth Olympian and Master’s student in Molecular Biosciences from the University of Helsinki, Annika leads business development, fundraising, and clinical partnership acquisition at ReMinded. In 2024, she relocated to the U.S. long-term to accelerate the company’s growth—demonstrating both her deep commitment and her readiness to take personal risks in pursuit of the team's mission. That same year, she was honored with the Rising Star of the Year award at the Nordic Women in Tech Awards.
Kien Nguyen
Technical Advisor
As a distinguished Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Innovator, Kien has a track record of launching over 20 new medical devices in the complex market of health technology. With an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Doctorate in Neuroscience, his extensive expertise is further evidenced by his prior role as an advisor for numerous Health- and MedTech companies.

After completing his Master's in Mechanical Engineering at Aalto University, Adil seamlessly integrates academic knowledge with practical skills in hardware development and 3D modeling for medical devices. As the head of tech, he leverages his expertise to lead innovative projects and drive technological advancements forward. His fearless approach to pushing boundaries and embracing bigger challenges shines through in every milestone he achieves.
Woody Bibb
Strategic Advisor
With over 30 years of experience in the med-tech industry, Woody Bibb is a seasoned healthcare executive with an impressive track record at leading companies like Boston Scientific, Guidant Corporation, and Pathway Medical. His expertise spans Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Development, and Business Development. Woody is known for launching groundbreaking therapies such as Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Intravascular Ultrasound, Carotid Artery Stenting, and personalized medicine platforms. His comprehensive expertise and dedication to innovation make him an invaluable mentor, driving forward projects that revolutionize the healthcare landscape.
Sanjida Yeasmin
Co-Founder & CSO
With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University, Sanjida has a comprehnsive set of expertise in biosensor development, nanofabrication, and material synthesis. Her work focuses on the development of point-of-care and wearable medical devices for monitoring disease-related biomarkers. As Chief Scientific Officer, she is dedicated to leveraging her skill set to drive innovation in biosensor technologies, scale sensor development, and lead clinical integration and validation—where precision and relentless execution are at the core.
Shaherah Yancy
Clinical & Regulatory Advisor
With over 20 years of experience in the life sciences and MedTech industries, Shaherah Yancy is a seasoned clinical and regulatory strategist committed to advancing patient care through innovation. Her career began in academic research and evolved through nearly a decade at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since then, she’s led clinical affairs at Medtronic, Smith+Nephew, and Stryker, guiding global teams and regulatory strategies across the U.S., Europe, Australia, and China. Her leadership has played a key role in bringing breakthrough medical devices to market. In 2023, she founded Research Lifecycle Solutions to help emerging MedTech companies accelerate commercialization and achieve long-term growth. Her expertise and dedication make her an invaluable advisor in navigating the clinical and regulatory journey for ReMinded.
